Delete your Invoice Master account

You can delete your Invoice Master account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our cloud servers. This applies to the Invoice Master app (com.apponance.invoice) on web, iOS, and Android.

Delete from the app

  1. 1 Open Invoice Master on the web (app.invoicemaster.io), iOS, or Android, and sign in.
  2. 2 Go to Settings, then open your Account / Profile.
  3. 3 Tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4 Confirm. Your account and its synced data are permanently removed.

Or request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we’ll delete your account. Include your sign-in method (Google or Apple) so we can locate the account. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • check_circle Your account and sign-in (Google / Apple) link
  • check_circle Invoices, estimates, and their line items
  • check_circle Clients, saved items, and your business profile
  • check_circle Expenses, payments, and document history
  • check_circle Photos and attachments stored in the cloud

What we may keep

  • info Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax / transaction records) are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
  • info Invoices or PDFs you already emailed to your own clients cannot be recalled from their inboxes.
